Our website is hosted on Vercel. Email delivery is handled by Resend. These services may process data as part of their infrastructure. Neither CCPA (California) nor GDPR (EU) applies to our current operations, as we serve customers in North Carolina only.

Your Rights

You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing us at tachopaintingllc@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Information.” Please include the name and email address you submitted so we can locate your record.

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your information from our email records and our email delivery provider (Resend) within 30 days and confirm once complete.
